How to use
Rinse before use. Hold the single handle comfortably in one hand and draw the open-loop head gently forward with light pressure. Stay within a comfortable reach. Rinse after use and allow to dry before storing. Stop if you feel discomfort.

Choose the hold that feels natural to you: the U-shaped design uses two hands and fixed rounded ring grips; the spoon design has an open-loop head and a single handle for one-handed use. Neither design is claimed to be more effective than the other.
